Physical items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Once inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and tagged. Items with scents (perfume/detergent) or pet hair will not be accepted for hygiene reasons.
Standard delivery within South Africa takes 3-5 business days. A tracking number will be provided via email immediately upon dispatch.
Water bottles, sweatbands, and headwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal is broken.
We offer one free size exchange per order (stock permitting). Customers are responsible for return shipping to our facility.
Contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of arrival with a photo of any damaged or incorrect items for immediate resolution.
Note: Subscription services and digital nutrition/workout plans are separate. Digital products are non-refundable once access is granted.
